Our Three Pillars of Efficacy
Operating under the philosophy of personalized, play-based learning, Minus Games unites hands-on engineering, cognitive publishing, and leadership training.
Robotics & Coding Lab
Our physical training center where kids build mechanical structures, program microcontrollers (Arduino, Scratch, Python), and develop structural problem-solving logic.
Explore Course PlansCognitive Publishing
We publish physical kids activity workbooks, spatial logic sheets, and coding design sheets that encourage screen-free logical reasoning and cognitive development at home.
Explore WorkbooksLeadership & Communication
Integrated directly into our project reviews, we train kids in public speaking, portfolio presentations, and group collaboration skills, building leadership confidence.

Jean Van't Hul, Educational ThinkerThe "Make <Code/> Play" Paradigm
How we train Kishanganj students to learn deep technical principles without typical academic stress.
1. MAKE
Children assemble concrete models using LEGO Mindstorms, gear boxes, microcontrollers, and electrical sensors, developing refined tactile motor skills and a sense of physics.
2. CODE
They translate their physical goals into visual blocks or logical scripts (Scratch, Arduino, Python). They learn conditional statements, loops, variables, and troubleshooting nodes.
3. PLAY
They run their robots, test variables, debug logical failures in real-time, and celebrate outcomes, making learning scientific principles a fun, high-reward sandbox.
Subsidized Care for Neurodiverse Children
We believe STEM education should be fully accessible. Our specialized "Adi Shakti Plan" is structured for children with ADHD, mild autism, or processing differences. Instructors use special Montessori-derived pacing to introduce block logic at a highly subsidized cost of just ₹499/month.
Social Care Credentials
Our lab has low-sensory desks, non-stimulus screens, physical Montessori blocks, and trained instructors who hold deep empathy for children requiring tailored focus paths.
* A complimentary 1-hour assessment and consultation are available for families looking to explore this program.
Shy Boy to Vocal Innovator
Meet Somdev Ghosh, Class 9. When he first entered our center, he was extremely quiet and rarely raised his hand. Today, he proudly presents his Ultrasonic Obstacle Vehicles to parents, explaining complicated mathematical loops in Scratch and Arduino with absolute confidence.

How shared learning changes everything
When family members encourage and support a child's coding and robotics journey, transformation happens faster. Like Somdev, whose brother's encouragement was vital to his admission and growth, students thrive when they have a support system that believes in their potential. We encourage parents and siblings to engage with students during project presentations and celebrations.

"My brother was extremely shy and reserved. After joining the center, the shift is incredible. He sits down with me and explains his Scratch variables, how sensor nodes trigger commands, and designs complex vehicles. Outstanding Montessori training."
Gora Dutta
Parent of Somdev (Class 9)
"The practical approach is what sets them apart. They don't memorize coding syntax from books. They assemble actual wires, code controllers, and watch things move. Highly recommended in Kishanganj!"
Shweta Sharma
Parent of Ananya (Class 6)
"Having a robotics and coding laboratory in Kishanganj is a blessing for kids here. It completely aligns with NEP 2020's goal of project-based creative scientific learning. Excellent work by Minu Ma'am."
